Bob,
I love your canes, man. Love love love them. I’d like to place a personal order for
2 65’’ canes
This is not going through my work. I’ve issued you a check for $40 through my bank. US Bank. Should come in one of those unmarked bank envelopes in 5 to 7 days.
I’m so curious. Do you make these in your garage? Or in a production facility somewhere? And where on earth did you find the material for the cane shaft? Its super light and flexible. Your canes remind me of what NFB canes used to be. Now NFB canes are more rigit, hollow, and heavier—can’t stand them.
God Bless you!

Bob,
Received the canes. Awesome! There’s only one problem, however. They are the wrong size. I’m so sorry—I think it was my mistake, actually. I meant to order a 65’’ and a 67’’. They have not been used. Can I put back in box and and ship back to you free matter? Again, so sorry! Would you like me to include an RMA or write a note in the box with the canes?
Again, sorry for my mistake! I’d like to order 1 x 65’’ and 1x 67’’.

Tim Paulding Here. I’m a blind O and M instructor in Spokane Washington, working for the Lighthouse for the blind, headquartered in Seattle, WA. I ran across Travis, an awesome Louisiana boy when I was in Seattle last. He works at our facility there.
