Oh no, it is very unfortunate regarding your health and the fact we will not be able to do business with you anymore. We’d like to thank you for so many years of dedication to making these canes for us and always making our clients and students happy with the flexibility and light weight easy to use canes. 

Was a pleasure working with you as always and we send you many well wishes for all you’ve done for NFB and their clients. 

 

The email sent is not valid for the new vendor you are referring us to. Is there any other information regarding this new vendor we can contact for your canes?

Our clients love these canes and we would love being able to still provide for our students. 

 

I apologize in bothering you again for the information but will be greatly appreciative for another reply with more information regarding the new vendor.
