You can control the Siri volume and VoiceOver volume controls using Siri:
 
To adjust the Siri volume, say “Set Siri volume at x percent” (x being the variable)
 
To adjust the VoiceOver volume, say “Set Media volume to x percent” (x being the variable)
 
Much easier than having to adjust them in settings.
