NOTICE OF MEETING

 

 

The Board of Commissioners to the Nebraska Commission for the Blind and
Visually Impaired will meet Saturday, May 2, 2020, beginning at 9:00 A.M. 

 

Pursuant to Executive Order number 20-03, signed by Governor Pete Ricketts
on March 17, 2020 granting special waivers to the Open Meetings Act, due to
the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will be conducted by telephone conference
call.

 

Should any member of the public or media desire to join the call, please
call Kathy Stephens at the Nebraska Commission for the Blind & Visually
Impaired at (402)-471-8101 during normal business hours: Monday through
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to request instructions on how to join the
call and to receive an agenda.  You may also email Kathy at
kathy.stephens at nebraska.gov <mailto:kathy.stephens at nebraska.gov> 

 

In order to receive the instructions and agenda in a timely manner, an email
address is preferred, but they may be provided via U.S. Postal Service.

 

If any reasonable accommodation is needed, please contact us as soon as
