Hi Miss Linda:

Your report looks perfect to me. I read the whole report, including spaces. I have tried everything I know to make JAWS stop reading spaces and paragraph markers but I can't seem to fix it. I tried using JAWS itself and the verbosity was set properly. I recall this happening to me many long years ago, but naturally I cannot remember how I could have fixed it. 

Ah well, at least your secretarial duty is completed nicely for December, 2022!
