[Nebraska-Senior-Blind] Reminder

Mike,

I'm confused.  I do not collect the dues for our Senior Division; 
Cheryl does.  Many seniors pay by check mailed to her and made 
payable to NFBN Senior Division.  The members of our Columbus 
Area Chapter pay cash and our treasurer sends half to Cheryl as 
the affiliate's portion.  As Secretary of our Senior Division and 
President of the Columbus Area Chapter, I annually send the 
membership rosters of both to the affiliate President and 
Secretary.  I ask Jamie Richey to fill out New Member Forms in 
accordance with policies set forth by our National Office, and 
add their contact information to the current appropriate roster.  
You're saying that I or the treasurers have to now go back and 
contact every member who does not pay online and ask their 
permision to share their contact information with our members? 
Anyone who goes to our website, whether they are members or not, 
will have access.  This sounds like a lot of unnecessary work.  
Anyone wanting contact information just has to google it! I wish 
I would have known sooner.  Please advise.  Thanks.

If you are collecting dues in a manner other than the link I 
created that
Robert used, I need you to ask 1 additional question.  This year 
as everyone
pays their dues we are asking if they are ok with their contact 
information
being shared with other members.  This will allow us to once 
again create a
membership roster that we can share with our members.

If you can make sure that you have asked everyone this question I 
would
appreciate it.
