[Nebraska-Senior-Blind] A suggestion - RE: Tonight's Secretary's Report Attached

Good afternoon. My knee-jerk reaction is that we leave the opening line alone. Unless I am remembering incorrectly, we don’t read the title at the meeting and I think it is reasonable to note that we met via zoom. We often have first-timers there, and hope we continue to, so what many of us think of as having happened for years is new to those folks.
From a historical perspective, there are times when we want answers to questions like when did we start meeting via zoom? Did we stop doing that at some point? It is easy to find answers to questions like that if we have some consistency in The way our Records are created.
Those are my immediate thoughts.
Sincerely,
Barbara
