Second, you should put this email address in your address book/contacts and so if in the future you wish to send a message to the list, and do not have a message in your inbox that comes from the list that you can respond to, then you can simply start a new message, and in the TO field, insert the name of our listserv (your email program will fill in the name as you start to key it in). <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>One thing we should always try to do is – make sure the subject line reflects what your message is addressing. And so, if you respond to a message, but are totally changing the conversation, as in changing topics, then change the subject line to reflect the change.
