He is not a she but I see how the mistake was made as Joe’s middle initial is N so JAWS reads it as Joan not Joe. I emailed him finally figuring all of this out. I know now who he is. NCBVI out here had some difficulties with him which may or may not be of concern. I now know who he is but it took me awhile as I was looking for Joan. I met him when we did a concession in Alliance as a fund drive for the Panhandle Chapter. He seemed to be a nice guy but at that time was not interested in the Federation.
