I have known her for several years now and am very motivated by her attitude. When she was sighted she was an artist and has a room full of paintings that she has done in the past. Most of them are of a western nature and with what vision I have I am so very impressed also by her talent. On Monday of this week, she had surgery to make a different type of port, as in a place to hook-up her vascular system to the dialysis equipment. And so she is sore and a bit wierded-out about this more extensive bionic reliance to staying alive. (She is a mature, brave and determined woman, and is not shy about talking about her health situation in the abstract; what we will do to hang on to life and our existence.)<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>About attending our next Monday meeting…She is not sure she will be home early enough from a trip to the eye doctor to get on the call.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>She asked if Quin made our January meeting; the guy she was to contact to join us on our calls.
