Prior to the July meeting, I will fill the cartridges with our monthly info documents that is otherwise sent by email to our computer users. Examples: Minutes and treasurer’s report from the last month’s meeting. A notice of “that” month’s meeting. The Braille Monitor. If any of you who have made the contact to bring on a new person to our meetings has current mailing addresses for those folks, please send it my way. (In fact, could you made the call to the people you have introduced to our Division, and make sure we have the correct mailing info? And say, talk over what they are going to get, and how they must return the cartridges before we can get the next month’s installment out to them.
