This event is a 5K and 1K held on the same day this year as the world-famous TCS London Marathon. Proceeds from this event benefit the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association which is an official charity of the TCS London Marathon chosen by the Omaha to London Runners.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The Omaha to London Runners have asked to partner with the NFB of Nebraska in this and future events to raise funds and awareness of blindness!<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>This is a fantastic opportunity to kick off blindness Equality Achievement Month (BEAM)! We encourage members from across the state to participate in the event either by walking/running or assisting with packet hand-out and talking with participants about blindness!
