Alli, I am not sure if you are a Braille user, but if you are,
Braille ditionaries would be huge and large print will still be an
inconvenience! I would say that an appropriate accomodation for you
would be something electronic, either on your smartphone, tablet,
laptop, or if you can find one and want to use it, a stand-alone
eletronic talking ditionary.

I'm not quite sure what the lesson your instructor wants to teach with
use of a print ditionary. Using a print ditionary is basically using
alphabetical order to find words.

You can always ask what the lesson of the exercise is, so that you do
not miss out, but just download a ditionary ap on your ipad, or smart
phone as suggested. It's an acomodation.

Thanks,
Alex
