This is the NRS I mentioned earlier this evening.

I have not had the time or opportunity to research this.

The Boulder City Police Chief described this as a ‘glitch’ in the law that allows places of business to ‘knock down’ handicapped signs for handicapped parking.

So what ‘s to stop a business from painting over the stripes etc.

It may be deeper than that., but like  I said I have not been able to research it.

It basically makes handicapped parking impotent.

I know you are all good at  digging into this  poop.
