First, we are back to a fully in-person Washington Seminar for 2023. While the House and Senate are still requiring escorts to move around the buildings, virtually all offices are accepting in-person meetings. We will not be restricting how many people you include in your delegation and, in fact, we urge you to bring your regular full delegation.

As far as COVID-19 protocols, we will be requiring all participants to wear a mask for the general training meeting that will occur at the hotel on Monday, January 30, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and for the Great Gathering-In that will occur that same day from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. We will not be requiring masks at any other times but members are welcome to wear masks if they like. The District of Columbia, the hotel, and Congress do not require masks but there is a chance that some individual Congressional offices might. We will also not be requiring vaccination or testing before you come to Washington, but both are suggested. Anyone who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms should test themselves, and if positive cancel their trip.
