We had quite a few new members step up in a big way to make sure that our events celebrating the independence brought on by the white cane Went off without Any problems, and also actually received a fair bit of news coverage both in the north and south. It's important to note that we also have received so far three official white cane awareness day proclamations from various city governments throughout the state and we have possibly a few more still to come in.
