Thanks Ed, I had to call Lauren back to find out what was going on that 
weekend and here is what  she said.
That entire weekend is filling up all the rooms because of the Franklin 
Pierce graduation and a huge event at the center for the arts. Some kind of 
dance competition
So, This is a really great rate and I suggest that anyone thinking of 
booking a room or rooms, should do it soon
I am still trying to locate a place for the evening that may be close by, 
for those that want to hang out and socialize on either or  the 2 nights.
