PS--What is the procedure for dissolving an affiliate?

Especially with two working chapters.

And we must be very careful in expenses we authorize at Saturday's board meeting, as I am sure we will be audited.

With an active NFB the ACB had never been able to establish a viable affiliate in NH. I wonder if our collapse will open the door for them toenter the state.
