It seems Madam DeVoes is not familiar with the concept of enforcing
federal law where education runs afoul of equal access. Please reach
out to Senator Hassan and support her in regards to this issue and the
AIM HE act (Accessible Instructional Materials in Higher Education
act), and if at all possible ask her to sponsor the bill in the
