Happy Holidays all National Federation of the Blind of New York State
Members:

 

We have a member who has been accepted to the Louisiana Center for the
Blind; Commission for the Blind has agreed to help with the payment of the
training, but she keeps putting off the dates she can go because of the out
of pocket expenses.

 

Can anyone advise, how much on average that she will need to come up with
for her entire time there.
