Dear Federation Family

Several of you have expressed concerns about the upcoming elections being
an "open" or "standing" vote.  As far as I'm concerned, if even a single
person is concerned about the confidentiality of their vote, then the
election should be by secret ballot.

What are your thoughts? Open or secret balloting?
