This workshop will focus on apps and web resources that can support your
fitness journey, plus the plethora of invigorating, affordable and fun
accessibility fitness opportunities around town. Back by popular demand and
curated by Nefertiti Matos with special guests, this workshop offers
something for every level of fitness goal.
