Dear All:

My name is Margo Downey and I am the new Ride Share Testing Coordinator for
the State of New York.

We are requesting that individuals who use Lyft and Uber services to report
positive and negative experiences, especially if traveling with a service
dog.

Uber testing is targeted throughout the state. Lyft testing is targeted
for the Greater New York City area. And, it goes without saying that ride
sharing reports can be made anywhere, for example, at Convention in
Orlando.

Each report will give the reporter $40.

The more reporting we do each month, the more grant monies we will receive
to use in our affiliate.

We need at least 2 reports per month but 4 reports a month will give us
bonus funds. Of course, I would hope people would report more.

Reporters do not have to be NFB members. A reporter can be someone who
witnessed the occurrence. Service dogs used for people with other
disabilities also can be reported.

The link to find the online questionnaire and other information is

http://www.nfb.org/rideshare

There is a questionnaire in English and one in Spanish.

Thanks for reading this and thanks for all reports.
