It's here again-the second annual braille readers are leaders challenge. The New York affiliate will pay half of The fees and NYPOBC will cover the other half. So, what does this mean for you? Well, it means that your child’s registration will be totally free! So there is no excuse for the empire state not to at least have a couple of winners! And for those of you who live in other states, it is very likely that you are fully sponsored as well.
