Online Shopping with Accessibility in Mind

Learn about searching online for products, reading reviews, comparing prices, and getting visual descriptions of items. Find out where to check online for accessible home appliances, Braille supplies and accessible games. We’ll also talk about subscription-based services and online grocery shopping. Please note: Registration is required: EmailNefertitiMatos at nypl.org or call the Tech Team at 212.621.0627 and let us know whether you'll be participating in person or remotely.
Remote participants will receive a Google Hangouts Meet Link that can be accessed with the Hangouts Meet app for iOS or Android. You'll also have the option to dial in by phone. You'll receive the specific link and dial-in instructions once you register.
