Do your goals for the new year involve getting more active, trying a new
sport or exercise, cultivating mindfulness or meeting new people? Join us
for an afternoon of discovery and community networking that can help your
goals become achievements. The Andrew Heiskell Tech Team is excited to
introduce you to diverse, low- and no-cost accessible fitness options in
and around the city, including running, tandem biking, hockey, tennis and
more. You’ll also learn about the affordable programming and recreational
services on offer from NYC Parks, and hear all about accessible fitness
apps and web resources. Refreshments will be served.
