I keep getting this message on the laptop:

Microsoft Account Problem
We need to fix your Microsoft account (most likely your password changed). Select here to fix it in Shared experiences settings.

Please advise. 

Also, I have not been able to find a mail program on this computer other than “Mail.” I did look in the apps within Microsoft Office but didn’t see anything. If there is another mail program, I’ll probably need help switching over.
