It is with great sadness that I am writing to announce that long time
Federationist and friend  David Stayer passed away this morning.  David had
been a strong leader in our affiliate for many years; serving in many
capacities including affiliate President.  I will share his obituary when it
becomes available.   He will be greatly missed.  Please keep David and his
family in your hearts and prayers.
