[New-York-News] Extention to Deadline for Washington Seminar Funding Request

Greetings to our fellow NYS federationists.

 

Please give your attention to this time sensitive announcement regarding
funding requests for those attending our 2024 Washington Seminar.

 

The deadline of this Friday, December 15th, as specified in our funding
request policy, is being extended to midnight on Monday December 18th. We
understand that between the logistical upheaval during the transition and
the much later than usual state convention, that the quickly approaching
Washington Seminar may have slipped many of your minds. To that end we are
extending the deadline over the weekend to allow for anyone wishing to
attend the event to submit the funding request form which can be found at
nfbnys.org/funding-request

 

Please note that while it is always our desire to financially assist our
valued participants in our legislative seminars as much as we are able, the
amount of funding available this year, at this time, means that we may find
that we must fulfill fewer requests, and or, provide a smaller portion of
the funding for an individual making a request.
