> i’m Chancey, your state delegate this year  (since our president, Mike Robinson, could not attend). I’m here to run our caucus meeting, help us through making an informed choice about resolutions and other votes, and support you in having an informative, productive, fun week at convention. A few things to note: 
> New York will caucus promptly at 10 PM on Monday July 3rd in room 335B. If you see another New Yorker in the next three days, tell them this, just in case they’re not checking their email! Do your level best to arrive to caucus right at 10 Pm. We need to make introductions, answer convention-related questions, and talk through proposed resolutions, and if we start on time we can be done by 11 PM or shortly thereafter. Caucus isn’t mandatory but it's a great way to meet other New Yorkers, get important information and get to know our two fabulous scholarship winners! 
> I would like a volunteer to help me coordinate Banquet Exchange for those affiliate members who want to sit together at banquet! If you are willing to gather banquet tickets and take them to Exchange later this week to turn them into full tables, text me! 
> If there’s anything you need, please text me: I’m at 757-254-6533 (that's 757-BLINKED, so you won’t forget this number). I am happy to help with emergency situations, matters regarding the Code of Conduct, questions about votes/procedure, and affiliate business. I do not have the bandwidth to answer questions about agenda items, such as when a division meeting takes place: for that, please use the agenda at NFB.org, pick up a Braille agenda or use NFB-Newsline. 
> Please encourage all New Yorkers who are here to register, so that they can hold onto their room rates and make a strong showing for New York.
