<DIV>It is with great sorrow that I announce the passing a long time committed
nfb member, Laura Herman on February 23rd, 2019 at age 96. Laura was a
founding member of the nfb of New New York York State and president of the
Niagara falls chapter, She was the most loving, wise, compassionate,
caring, and giving person I have ever known. friend to us all.
Before she passed she was so happy to be able to hear her new born great Grand
baby over the phone. Now baby Charlotte Laura has the most wonderful guardian
angel ever watching over her.
