<span style="margin:0px;color:black">As I mentioned in the Special Bulletin last week, the information and guidance surrounding the Economic Impact Payments authorized by the CARES Act is updated frequently, and, in this case, with little warning. This time
it's urgent that if you <span style="margin:0px;background-color:white">have a dependent child under the age of 17 and </span>are a Social Security retirement, SSDI, or SSI recipient, you act quickly in order to receive the full amount of Economic Impact
Payment for which you are eligible. If you filed a 2018 or 2019 tax return and are expecting an Economic Impact Payment, this message does not apply to you, and you should receive your payment as expected. </span><span style="margin:0px"></span></p>

<span style="margin:0px;color:black">Late Monday afternoon, the IRS announced that anyone who is receiving their Economic Impact Payment solely as a result of their Social Security retirement or SSDI benefits and who have a dependent child under the age
of 17 will need to enter their information into the <a href="https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/non-filers-enter-payment-info-here" style="margin:0px"><span style="margin:0px;color:purple">IRS
Non-Filers: Enter Payment Information</span></a> page by no later than Wednesday, April 22 at 12 p.m., EST in order to receive the additional $500 payment per child this year. SSI recipients will have a later deadline, but we strongly recommend entering your
information as soon as possible. If, for some reason, you are unable to enter your information between now and then, you will still be eligible to receive the $500 dependent child addition, you'll just have to wait longer for it. If the IRS does not have your
information by April 22 at 12 p.m., EST, you will need to file a tax return for tax year 2020 in order to receive the $500 for each dependent child in 2021.</span><span style="margin:0px"></span></p>
