Last year Vanguard wowed us all by taking first-place! Their enthusiastic efforts resulted in a treasury that is one-thousand dollars heftier. Right behind them was the Rochester chapter. As the neck and neck second place winner, Rochester won Five-hundred dollars. We are so grateful to both chapters for galvanizing in support of NFB-NEWSLINE. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We will be sharing the announcement for the 2023 program soon.
