But more often than not I find the post office to be pretty good. On the other hand, almost every time I go into a CVS pharmacy to get a prescription filled I run into the same issue where they tell me they can’t press the buttons an And one time they even started yelling at me and I had other customers in the store laughing.<div><br></div><div>I definitely think the lack of accessibility on touchpad terminal systems and retail is a massive problem. Definitely a problem at pharmacies in grocery stores. I wanted to ship something and when I told them I can’t see the button I needed to press and needed their help, they said they are not allowed to press it for me. They asked why I come without help if I can’t see. I told them I like to be independent and they said then I have to do it myself. They even went so far as to question how they can believe that I’m blind… I feel like I need to do something about this.
