UNTWISE recently received a contract from the Texas Department of Assistive
and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) to develop on-line employment courses to
train CRPs to provide employment services. With this contract, UNTWISE will
be hiring for 3 new positions. We are currently taking applications for a
Program/Project Coordinator III-Trainer, within the Department of
Rehabilitation, Social Work and Addictions.  This position is responsible
for planning, coordinating and developing online employment courses in
compliance with University and funding guidelines and regulations. Key
duties include; providing training for community rehabilitation personnel
within designated area within specified timeframes; planning, developing and
producing state of the art material specific to the employment of persons
with disabilities; serving as expert on areas related to disability benefits
including matters related to SSI, Medicaid, SSDI, Medicare, housing, Ticket
to Work legislation and other disability related benefits; developing and
delivering quality presentations and participant feedback on topics related
to assigned areas, including community rehabilitation; providing technical
assistance to community rehabilitation training participants as requested.
The position will be located in Denton, Texas.
