[Nfb-arkansas] Train the Trainer 2014

Good Wally, I know that is good training if it is set up for the right
people.  When Jeff and I along with several others went in 97 it was only
for the counselors.  Jef and I enjoyed it as well though.  Just wish we
could have sent someone like Dwight Turner though. Lol

I'm fresh off of the plane from Baltimore, MD.  I was very fortunate to
attend the "Tran the Trainer Session at the NFB Jernigan Institute.  The
session was packed with good information from educated individuals in the
field of technology.
