A discussion on whether a new account is necessary took place, with NFBAR President Chadwick submitting that the current chapter account still belongs to the Central Arkansas Chapter, and has been in operation for a long time. Vice-President Ames added his view that as the chapter has been active for over a year, and has a duly elected Treasurer, that a chapter member should have access. A discussion on whether a new account is necessary took place, with NFBAR President Chadwick submitting that the current chapter account still belongs to the Central Arkansas Chapter, and has been in operation for a long time.
