Good afternoon Nena,

I will definitely reply to this lady. I sent a detailed letter about two months ago to our department of health, both the Director and the ADA coordinator and have received no reply. I contacted the governors office three weeks later and was referred to constituent services. I forwarded the letter that I sent to the department of health to them on 29 January and still have no reply there either. Not even an acknowledgment. I followed up with constituent services in the governors office today reminding them that I was still waiting for a reply. I followed that up with a link to the article that was in the original email sent out by you today. Access to vaccine appointments in Arkansas has got to be an issue. I’ve had elderly family members who do not use the Internet and they have asked me to try and help them. I’ve seen the website and try to jump through the hurdles for them and it’s a ridiculous nightmare. It ranges from ridiculously complicated to completely in accessible. Sent from my iPhone
