[NFB-Arkansas] Door prizes

Hello federationists

I know it seems like I just hit everyone up for door prizes, and, well, I
did.

Because the convention is being moved to Spring, I'm asking you all now to
discuss with your chapters the possibility of donating door prizes to this
year's convention.

As you all know, it's a little added fun and breaks up the convention some.

We are accepting gift certificates once again as it will be easier and less
costly for postage.
