[NFB-Arkansas] Transportation Only For Those Working

United Way has partnered with Lyft to provide rides for those strictly going
to and from work.  You get a text when your ride is near, your cue to go
outside and get in the car.  You call 211 each week and schedule your work
trips, and you must call Mon through Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Thanks to
