EachChapter should send Meeting Minutes and Treasurer’s Reports as an attachment toNena Chadwick so that they can all be sent to National to be archived every threemonths.

2.If you are going in person to New Orleans, pleasego to the convention protocols link and follow the instructions. This is veryimportant.

3.All paid and active members can vote as anaffiliate on a: amendment to the constitution, b: resolutions, and nominations.We will have an affiliate meeting time set to go over these issues as a state.As soon as we get the information, I will send it to all Presidents so that itcan be distributed to members.

4.Give $20 for every $20 donated you receive oneentry for the giveaway. Go to the National Convention page for moreinformation.

5.The agenda will be out in the middle of June. 

6.Crowd Compass will be used again this year forthe virtual side.
