[NFB-Arkansas] Summary of fund-raiser meeting on the 16th

Hello 

First of all, I would like to thank the ten people that came to the meeting
last Wednesday night.

We had a good meeting. I would like to summarize some of the highlights of
the meeting.

Let me know ASAP how many tickets you wish to sell. Provide me with your
address so I can mail the tickets to you. My phone number is (501) 680-7007
and my e-mail address is vanharris 62 at gmail.com .

All ticket stubs need to be returned to me along with your money by November
17. My address is 649 Frontage Road, Lonoke AR 72086

According to state regulations, we cannot sell tickets via internet. This
includes e-mail, facebook, twitter, etc. This will make it more challenging
to reach a wider audience, and this is why it is so crucial that everyone
help with ticket sales.

The drawing will take place at Cantrell Galary on November 24. Time to be
announced. Anyone and everyone is welcome to be present for this live
drawing. 

An important small detail: Do not use the word "Arkansas" in describing what
we are raffling. Using "Arkansas Razorback" makes it sound proprietary to
the Arkansas Razorbacks. Razorback is a broader, less specific term.

Do not sell tickets to anyone under the age of 18.

It is OK to get helpers for selling tickets. Do not solicit on state
property.

Ticket sales can begin immediately, so let's go yall. I am scheduled to be
at Fish Town Farmer's market on September 9 where I will be selling tickets
and promoting NFB. 

September and October are popular times for festivals and county fairs, so
this will be a good time for all of us to beat the pavement and promote NFB.

My vision for this blanket is to serve as an ice-breaker and money-maker.
