[NFB-Arkansas] Fw: Little Rock Marathon Blind Community Cheer Station

UPDATE!!  They have moved the Little Rock Marathon up by 2 hours.   So we
can now expect to see runners at the Deaf School Pedestrian Bridge from 7am
to 9:30.  I will be setting up as early as 6:30am.

The reason they are doing this is the expected higher than normal
temperatures.  75 degrees for us cheering them on sounds perfect but for
the runners that could be pretty warm.

Join us when you can, we'll be the ones making all the noise :D
