Julie Dalton, a blind individual residing in Minnesota; the National Federation of the Blind (NFB), the transformative advocacy organization of blind Americans; and MinuteClinic, the retail medical clinic inside CVS Pharmacy, have worked together to successfully resolve litigation filed against CVS Pharmacy, Inc. over the accessibility of self-check-in kiosks at MinuteClinic. Read more to learn about the results of the litigation.

Thank You for Your Support

The National Federation of the Blind does not often financially benefit from legal victories. On the contrary, we are unable to recoup the costs for many legal cases. However, we vigorously defend the rights of blind people. Please help us continue our advocacy efforts and raise expectations of blind people by making a contribution today. Thank you for being part of our mission to advance the lives of all blind people in the United States!
