[NFB-Arkansas] Meeting Tuesday at 7:00 - everyone welcome

There will be a meeting on Tuesday, September 24 at 7:00 where we will be
planning additional activities surrounding the blindness awareness ceremony
that will take place on October 15 at 10:00. 

Also, the state affiliate is having a fund-raiser the entire month of
October that involves walking, getting donations, and proudly wearing our
NFB t-shirts.
