Thanks Donna, this is of grave concern to me. I think this will be a significant barrier for disabled individuals. They must not silence our voices at the ballot box!

Then there are people who are deaf Who would read it just fine but use sign language rather than speech and would have difficulty reading it back to the person collecting the signatures, and finally people who might be dyslexic or have a learning disability who would understand the ballot proposal like us if it was read to them, but not be able to read it back to the person collecting signatures. Wondering if this is something we need to be asking some serious questions about? What do you all think?
