[NFB-Blind-Crafters] Footer

I figured out the footer thing, for anyone who is interested. It depends on
your mail program.  If you are using a program, like Outlook, and have your
mail set to HTML, the Footer is sent in a separate file. Just shift-tab from
the message, and you will see it.
