Tracy, since you are the one whom Mark is communicating with, it would seem
logical that you would have the final say here. I would sign up through
Dixie until Traccy says otherwise. If Joyce is doing pop-up classes, I would
encourage her to state that clearly in her emails so for those people can go
to her directly; otherwise, Dixie is the more organized and has been doing
this and we should consider working through this way.
