I have been working on the "Santa's Belly Scrubby" for the class in
September. I like this Red Heart Scrubby yarn as it is soft to the touch
and has a bit of texture to the yarn. I need to make the belt and it will
be finished.

I ordered another 6 balls of cherry abd plab ob making up up some for gifts
for Christmas.

The class is posted on the website and the deadline for sign-up is September
5. So check it out and don't delay. This one will be definitely one you
will wabt to try. It is all done in knit every row.

It's Successful Saturday! Have you started or finished a project, or
achieved a goal? Share it with us and we'll celebrate with you.

For a few months I've been working on a plan to convert almost all of my
front lawn into a garden for birds and pollinators, full of flowers and
ornamental grasses. I've figured out the design, and this last week I
ordered most of the plants. It wasn't cheap, but it will be beautiful for
many years. My plants will arrive in about a month, and then I'll arrange
them and start putting them in the ground. I'm very excited about it.
