There are a couple of reasons.

 

For the combination email and phone classes, that gives us time to create the email list, send out the invitations, and everyone time to respond to the email to join the class.

 

For phone classes it gives us tie to create the class list, get it to the instructor and the instructor time to get the call-in information to the students.

 

It is my goal to create the email list 4 to 5 days prior to a class and have the phone-in information to the instructor 3 to 4 days prior to class for this reason.

Hi Tracy and all,  the sign up deadline schedule works like this if a class is phone class only deadline is seven days before the class date. If the class is an email and phone Class the sign-up deadline is 10 days before the class begins.

Class description: 


Make a Christmas ornament or a pair of earrings using pony or seed beads.


Skills needed: 


Ability to string beads using a needle and thread and ability to tie simple knots.


Supply list:


For the ornament:

1.	1 package of size 6 silver pony beads or seed beads for the ornament
2.	1 ornament hook

 

For the earrings:

1.	1 package size 8 seed beads for the earrings
2.	2 4mm French wires earring hooks

 

For both projects:

1.	1 spool beading thread in clear, smoke, or white beading thread
2.	thread cutter

 

To register for any of our classes:

1.	Send an email to:

BlindCraftersClasses at Gmail.com.

2.	Place the name of the class in the subject line.
3.	In the body of the message please include your first and last name, email address, phone number and the name of the class you’re registering for. (Please do not combine a list of classes in one message, but create a new message for each different class.)
